(If the IMO's systems remote computer service technicians are unable to solve your issue remotely then there is no charge and you will be refunded your service fees.

Sometimes not all computer and network issues can be resolved remotely and require an on-site technician. If you would like to schedule an on-site service call for a certified Imos Systems computer/network technician to come out to your home or office please select the service call tab to set up a service appointment.)

    Imos Systems preformed a tuneup on my slow HP laptop and installed their AVG Internet security software remotely....So awesome, I didn't have to drive anywhere. What a neat service;)
